Maggie was absolutely wonderful through the entire process of buying our first house. She was patient with us; we had never even visited real estate before, and she answered all questions and let us learn through visiting all the homes we wanted to see. She never pressured us at all to take any specific actions, and just gave us good tips and strategies for getting our offer accepted. She was extremely prompt and friendly whenever when had questions, and was always looking out for us. And she was very knowledgeable about the area and just generally sharp. We were able to go from complete rookies to owning a beautiful home (that a few other people made offers on) in about 6 weeks.
Maggie helped us buy and sell our last home. When buying our home, her knowledge of the San Lorenzo Valley area made finding a home much easier. She also helped us get to know our neighbors by having an”open house/party”. When selling the home, we were out of the area, but she worked tirelessly to make sure our house looked its best for showings, and added her own touches to the staging of the home. We just closed the home remotely and Maggie made the process simple through her communication and expert knowledge of real estate.
Maggie works very hard to be available to her clients. She was always available to show us new homes we were interested in and discuss documents when we were working through our closing. As we are new to the area, her knowledge about the areas where we viewed homes was extremely helpful to us. Working with Maggie to get my house sold was a great experience. I did some remodeling before selling and she helped tremendously by recommending contractors and providing invaluable input on styles and colors that would add appeal to buyers. I couldn't have got the house ready to sell without her help. She then found a buyer for the house before it was even listed and then managed the entire process during the pandemic lockdown. Buying and selling a house is always stressful but Maggie and her team go to great lengths make the process as smooth as possible.
