Glenda is the Transaction Coordinator for the Maggie Barr Team at Keller Williams Santa Cruz. Once you are in escrow, Glenda will manage all the paperwork that will flow between you, the buyer or seller you’re working with, the Title Company, and the mortgage lender. Glenda keeps a close eye on all the Team’s transactions, to make sure no deadlines are missed, and all contractual obligations are addressed. She has over 20 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator, and is well respected among the other major brokerages in Santa Cruz County.
